GIRLS FITNESS (13+ YRS)
Our fitness program for young girls aged 13 and above focuses on shaping and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Led by experienced instructors, we offer a variety of exercises and activities to build strength, endurance, and tone the body. In addition to physical fitness, we provide guidance on balanced nutrition and overall well-being. With a supportive and privacy-oriented environment, girls have the opportunity to make friends and develop teamwork skills under the guidance of an experienced female coach.


Teens MMA (12-14yrs)
Our MMA program for teens aged 12 to 14 offers a safe and supervised environment to learn striking, grappling, and submission techniques. Instructors focus on building confidence, discipline, and physical fitness through warm-ups, drills, and technique training. Students learn proper stance, strikes, kicks, grapples, and submissions, culminating in controlled sparring. Instructors also provide valuable training tips to enhance physical health and performance.
Teens MMA (15-17yrs)
Our teens MMA program provides a safe and enjoyable environment for teens aged 15 to 17 to learn the basics of mixed martial arts. Covering striking, kicking, grappling, and conditioning, participants develop strength, flexibility, and overall fitness. With expert instruction, students learn safely and correctly while building confidence, discipline, and self-defense skills. Join the class to learn MMA, make friends, and have fun while enhancing physical abilities.
