How do I access the gym, and is parking available?

We have two convenient entrances:

1. High Street Entrance
Located next to the Observatory Shopping Centre entrance, behind the bus stop. Ideal if you’re arriving on foot, by bike, or via public transport.

2. Car Park Entrance
Located on the top floor (roof landing) of the Observatory Car Park, accessible via Wellington Street and the HTC Roundabout. Once you reach the top floor, turn left to find our roof entrance. Blackbeard Members enjoy 2 hours of complimentary parking

Do you offer trial sessions?

Yes, you’re welcome to try us out by purchasing a single class session or a gym day pass. Just contact reception to book your visit – it’s a great way to experience what we offer before committing to a membership.

Are there changing rooms and lockers available?

Yes, we provide separate men’s and women’s changing rooms, toilets, and secure lockers for your convenience.

Do you have women-only facilities?

Yes, we offer a private, female-only training area to ensure a comfortable and discreet workout space.

How can I freeze or cancel my membership?

Memberships can be cancelled at any time by contacting reception. Please note, if you’re on a yearly plan, a 12-month commitment applies and early cancellation will incur a fee. Freezing memberships is not currently available.
