Intermediate / Advanced MMA
Elevate your martial arts journey with our Advanced MMA program. Experience intense training, sparring, and an emphasis on technique and athletic performance. Suitable for those with previous martial arts experience, our classes cover a wide range of techniques including striking, grappling, and conditioning exercises. Osswa Jiu Jitsu
Whether beginners or experienced practitioners our Jiu Jitsu program is tailored to each student's proficiency. Participants will learn grappling and defense strategies, with the instructor providing drills for skill refinement.
